At first sight it doesn’t seem to make much sense to review the latest project of LeLe and Jeugd van Tegenwoordig hero Faberyayo. But this four track EP is so tempting it can’t be denied. Teaming up with the one and only Tom Trago, they created a musically so rich and diverse EP that repeat is the only option at the Dutch Disco homebase.
Diep in het notenwoud is the absolute killer track containing an awesome 120 BPM jungle disco beat and evenly colourful video. It’s yet another step in the already rich oeuvre of Yayo. It’s out on beatport today and while you’re at it, please don’t forget to check the opening track Nacht as well, cause that’s the real diamond in there. It’s only one and a half minute but the sweet dreams on high speed bassline truly reveals the amazing Tom Trago.
